The 82-year-old actress/singer/director shared an undated image of her and Brolin, who she first met through a friend in 1996 and started dating shortly thereafter.
They tied the knot in July 1988, with Streisand sharing the snap and a sweet message to her husband on Instagram.
‘Happy birthday to my 28 years together honey,’ she said in the caption of her post, along with a cake emoji.
The sweet post comes months after Streisand came under fire for controversial comments about Melissa McCarthy using the weight loss drug Ozempic.
