Internationally prominent celebrities such as Justin Bieber and Kim Kardashian are apparently on Ferrari’s blacklist, which means they cannot acquire one of the premium automobiles.
Ferrari is one of the most costly Italian automobile companies, but it appears that a few well-known celebrities are barred from purchasing one, despite having the resources to pay the high price.
Most people are unaware that Ferrari reportedly has a set of 15 regulations governing what owners of their vehicles are and are not entitled to do, and it appears that some celebrities have broken the guidelines, earning them a ban.
Justin Bieber
The Canadian musician previously owned a Ferrari 458 Italia F1 Edition, but it appears he did not like the colour and altered it without Ferrari’s consent, breaking the restriction against having it modified without asking.
Bieber reportedly had the original white automobile coated in electric blue at West Coast Customs. According to Carbuyer, the singer also replaced the car’s wheels and the iconic prancing horse insignia in the center of the steering wheel.

According to reports, Kim Kardashian, a reality personality and businesswoman, has been placed on the Ferrari “blacklist” for failing to maintain the automobile in accordance with the company’s standards.
According to another HotCars source, the singer was given a Ferrari as a wedding gift in 2011 by a Malaysian businessman who was a financial fraudster.
