Breaking: Following surgery, Stephan Gilmore will miss the remainder of the Premier League season.
The Dallas Cowboys’ second preseason game of the year got off to a very promising start.

The Cowboys appeared to be in for a fantastic stop in Seattle Seahawks territory when they entered the field again to play defense, led by rookie DeMarvion Overshown. Overshown has performed admirably thus far during camp and the preseason, so this seemed about average.

Sadly, Overshown sustained injuries during the play. It was said that he made it to the sidelines on his own initiative when the broadcast first cut away from him. Additionally, he was reportedly carried to the locker room from the sidelines after Overshown’s knee injury forced him out of the game.

In fairness, Nick Eatman stated during his update segment on the broadcast that the Cowboys’ coaches have stated that since it’s the preseason, a player may be ruled out with ease. It was spoken, so take it as a positive development if you will.
