PARIS, France (AP) — La tête de Fabio Grosso, entraîneur de Lyon, a été blessée alors que le bus de l’équipe a été attaqué par des supporters qui ont tiré des projectiles, ce qui a entraîné le report du match de football de la Ligue 1 à Marseille le dimanche.
