DOUBLE CELEBRATION : Bengals stars Logan Wilson and Evan McPherson’s wives give birth to their first-borns on the SAME DAY at the same Cincinnati hospital……
The spouses of Cincinnati Bengals players Logan Wilson and Evan McPherson received their first children at the same hospital on the same day.
Wilson and McPherson welcomed their daughters on Friday, July 9, 2022, in addition to sharing the same wedding day. Morgan, Wilson’s spouse, disclosed in a social media post that their child was born several days ahead of schedule on March 20.
Additionally, Morgan shared an image of the two families in the hospital. ‘GirlDads’ was the hashtag used by the NFL when they tweeted the picture.
“Finally able to share the birthday twins,” Morgan annotated the image.
Merritt Hayes’s kid was taken home and shown in hospital photos by McPherson on Tuesday. In the post, he called his dogs “her brothers” and showed them the infant.
McPherson said in the caption, “Baby girl and her mom rocked it in the hospital and we are so happy to be home!” “Her brothers already have a serious crush on her! Merritt Hayes, you are very loved by all of us!”
Following his 2021 draft selection by the Bengals, McPherson rose to prominence as one of the NFL’s top kickers. He has made 83.9 percent of his field goals in his career thus far, and as a rookie, he assisted Cincinnati in reaching the Super Bowl.
Conversely, Wilson is in his fourth NFL season as a linebacker. He tallied a career-high 135 tackles in the previous campaign.
The season-ending hand injury suffered by quarterback Joe Burrow prevented the Bengals from making the playoffs, as they ended with a 9-8 record. The only team in the AFC North not to make it to the postseason was Cincinnati.
The Bengals faced the Chiefs in the AFC championship game but were defeated by Patrick Mahomes and company after falling to the Rams in the Super Bowl of 2021.
