There was no drama during the New York Yankees’ four-game series against the Toronto Blue Jays, even though head coach Aaron Boone seemed to lash out at a rival coach in an expletive manner.
“You’re f*cking insane. Boone seemed to yell, “You’re crazy,” during the heated MLB match. “Sit the f*** down, Pete.”
Boone reports that Walker was ranting at Luis Rojas, the Yankees’ third base coach, after the team’s 4-2 triumph. “Oh, I’m not sure. Once more, he was shouting at Luis,” reported Boone. “I’m happy we’re heading out. I apologize for breaking my own instructions to our players and attempting to avoid [interacting with their] dugout.
Over the course of the four-game series, there were several noteworthy incidents in the Yankees-Blue Jays matchup. The Blue Jays broadcast staff saw Aaron Judge during an at-bat in the opening game, peering into his own dugout. The implication was that the judge was pilfering signs, but he refuted it after the game in an explanation.
Additionally, a Yankees pitcher was ejected from game two for using a grip-enhancing chemical in violation of the league’s new rules. Domingo German, a right-hander, was dismissed from the game and given a ten-game suspension by the MLB because it was determined that his hands were excessively sticky.
