WAVE) KY The Pleasure Ridge Park football team’s assistant coach was suspended after JCPS reported that a player got into a fight.
The event happened during practice on September 26. Families received a letter from JCPS informing them that a player had been hurt in the brawl.
Another argument broke out between a family member and the assistant coach, according to JCPS, when the player’s family arrived to take him to the doctor.
While the investigation is ongoing, the coach has been instructed not to attend practices or games.
The letter said, “We hope our players and other coaches will not be distracted by this unfortunate incident.” We are proud of our PRP football team.
