The New York Giants are still adding to and adjusting their coaching staff as the NFL gets closer to the start of the new league year on March 13.

The team formally announced this week that Frank Piraino has been appointed as the new director of strength and conditioning.

Assistant director of strength and conditioning is the new title awarded to Drew Wilson, who spent the previous three seasons as the Giants’ assistant strength and conditioning coach.

In other news, Mike Adams, who served as the Giants’ assistant special teams coach the previous season, has been appointed the team’s assistant secondary coach. He will collaborate with Mike Treier, the safeties coach, and Jerome Henderson, the defensive backs coach and passing game coordinator.

This offseason, Piraino becomes the fourth former coach of the Tennessee Titans to join the Giants. The other three are defensive assistant Zak Kuhr, tight ends coach Tim Kelly, and defensive coordinator Shane Bowen.
