For free agency, Derrick Henry is prepared. The outstanding running back for the Tennessee Titans is working out in the weight room in an attempt to find a new team this offseason.
Henry can be seen exercising in the video below, which leaked on Wednesday, when most players are taking a break from their demanding seasons. Melvin Sanders, a famous trainer and former NBA player, is instructing Henry.
Henry, who turned 30 on January 4, will undoubtedly want to demonstrate his continued status as a great back. For the fourth time in the previous five seasons, he led the NFL in carries in the previous campaign. Henry did not miss a game in 2023 despite having a high workload, and he was selected for his fourth Pro Bowl after rushing for 1,167 yards and 12 touchdowns.
It will be intriguing to watch Henry’s next destination. The Dallas Cowboys, who placed a pitiful 14th in the NFL in running last season, are one of the teams that could be interested in the two-time rushing champion. In the same way that Ezekiel Elliott collaborated with Tony Pollard from 2019 to 20, Henry might be a good addition to Pollard.
In 2024, Henry is expected to accomplish a number of really amazing goals. He has rushed for 100 touchdowns in his career, just 10 touchdowns short. Additionally, he needs 498 yards to become only the 32nd player in league history to amass 10,000 career running yards.
