Eagles' Haason Reddick Claps Back at 'Crying' 49ers Ahead of NFC Championship Rematch

Philadelphia’s 2024 NFL offseason has begun, and following a wild card loss to Tampa Bay by a score of 32 to 9, the team’s a

ttention will now turn to roster restructuring in order to accommodate two new coaches on opposing sides of the ball.According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the 2024 cap is anticipated to be higher than $240 million. As of right now, Philadelphia is projected to have approximately $20,284,984 in salary space.

The Birds could come up with a plan for extra flexibility because they have 20 pending free agents and another defense retooling schedule coming up.

By executing these five transactions, the Eagles may easily generate $35.4 million in cap space, accordin g the hypothetical transaction chart provided by Over the Cap.

After finishing the season with 11.0 sacks and 38 tackles in 17 regular-season games, Reddick led his club in sacks for the fourth straight year and tied for 15th in the NFL with double-digit sack totals.

The Eagles would have saved $11 million after dead money allotment if Eagles had been cut if Nolan Smith had proven he was ready to be a top pass rusher.

But by Reddick’s standards, his stats were dismal outside of the sacks.

In contrast to forcing five fumbles and recovering three the previous season, his 38 tackles were his second-lowest total of his career. He also failed to force or recover a fumble. His snap share (74%) stayed the same, suggesting that coaches’ poor management rather than a lack of opportunity was the cause of the decline.
