It happened on Dec. 4, 2019, when Baltimore police officers saw Tomlin driving his vehicle suspiciously and aggressively, and pulled him over on the road going to the ER entrance, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Tomlin exited his vehicle, ran away on foot, and slung a blue duffel bag he was holding into the air, scattering everything in the process.

Among other things, police discovered a blender containing residue from tramadol and fentanyl, packaging materials containing residue from cocaine, and a small bag containing heroin and fentanyl.

In his car, they also discovered supplies that are commonly used to prepare and clean heroin.

For possessing fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine with the intention of distributing them, Tomlin was given a 46-month sentence in federal prison.
