The Alexandria Police Department reports that Noah Tomlin, 23, was arrested this week for sexually abusing an animal.
According to KALB, the incident happened on Thursday night and lasted for almost two minutes.
That evening, Tomlin went up to a neighborhood where a pit bull was hanging around with a hefty chain, and he made the dog give him oral sex, according to the Humane Society of Louisiana.

According to authorities, Tomlin was taken into custody and lodged at the Rapides Parish jail. The 23-year-old is charged with one count of animal sexual abuse.
The Humane Society of Louisiana has volunteered to pay for the dog’s veterinarian examination and indicated that the incident was caught on camera. According to the team, it also aids in the owner’s future dog protection.
