Florida’s Monroe County – The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office claims that a Florida lady was imprisoned after she allegedly raped her husband’s autistic younger brother and gave birth to his child.
According to an arrest affidavit, Amanda Brooks, 34, was detained last week and charged with felony sexual assault, providing false information to law enforcement regarding a felony, and knowingly providing false information to law enforcement following the incident, which started approximately ten years ago.

According to an arrest affidavit, Amanda Brooks, 34, was detained last week and charged with felony sexual assault, providing false information to law enforcement regarding a felony, and knowingly providing false information to law enforcement following the incident, which started approximately ten years ago.
However, the mother of Brooks’ brother-in-law stated in July 2022 that Brooks was the one who allegedly raped her son, and that her son was the true victim in this instance, according to the affidavit.
According to authorities, Brooks had been sexually abusing her brother-in-law for ten years after breaking into his room multiple times. His mother informed deputies that due to his autism, he was unable to give his consent for these sexual practices.
