This season, the Green Bay Packers surprised everyone—aside from themselves. Despite their sad divisional round loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Saturday night, they nevertheless greatly exceeded expectations in 2023. Most significantly, they learned that Jordan Love is their third consecutive franchise quarterback.

Having saying that, Love’s season was far from ideal. To be sure, he made a lot of blunders that led to many learning opportunities. The most recent and worst of which, of course, was his interception against the 49ers on Saturday night that sealed the game, which Love referred to as “a mortal sin.”

However, Love’s game has many more advantages than disadvantages. His floor was this past year, his first as the starter. Love is certain about the area he wants to work on this summer. He will only get better.
