The event happened at approximately 11 p.m., according to the Massachusetts State Police, and the 53-year-old fan, Dale Mooney, was declared dead after being taken to a nearby hospital.

“Our investigation has included numerous law enforcement interviews and the examination of multiple angles of video capturing the scuffle prior to Mr. Dale Mooney’s collapse,” Morrissey stated. “The preliminary autopsy results revealed a medical problem but did not point to a severe injury.
