Referees issued a contentious call on Saturday that penalized the Detoit Lions. Referees called an offensive lineman penalty against Tyler Decker of the Lions after Decker made a catch that could have won the game against the Cowboys. He wasn’t allowed to catch the ball, they say. But Decker did indeed follow the rules and report to referees that he is qualified to catch the ball, Lions supporters told 7 Action News.
