It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Jaclyn Schwartzberg, a beloved alum of the popular reality TV show Married at First Sight. Jaclyn, who appeared on Season 4 of the show, passed away on February 20, 2023, at the
age of 38.
According to her family, Jaclyn died peacefully in her sleep, surrounded by loved ones. The cause of death has not been disclosed.
Jaclyn’s time on Married at First Sight was marked by her bubbly personality, infectious smile, and unwavering optimism. She quickly became a fan favorite, and her relationship with her husband, Ryan Ranellone, was closely followed by viewers.
Although Jaclyn and Ryan ultimately decided to divorce after the show, Jaclyn remained a beloved member of the Married at First Sight community. She continued to share her life and experiences with her fans on social media, and was known for her kindness, empathy, and generosity.
“Jaclyn was an incredible person, and her passing is a tremendous loss to our Married at First Sight family,” said Dr. Pepper Schwartz, one of the show’s relationship experts. “She was a bright light, and her presence will be deeply missed.”
